The Working Group „Internal Communications“ will gather its members and peers from the field to a meeting exploring the state-of-the-art in the realm of Communications. Internal dialogue is crucial in ensuring effective information and knowledge management and in fostering the corporate character as well as a sense of unity within the company. The Working Group has been very engaged in the last times, publishing i.a. a paper on managing communications during times of change. After Najibas withdrawal from the position of Regional Coordinator of the Working Group, this lunch meeting is intended to discuss and design themes & topics for the future of the Working Group.
Working Group Coordination:
- Stacey Minton, Public Relations Director, Celgene Internation Sárl. Stacey is the Director, Management and Employee Communications at Merck Serono, a position she has held since late 2007. Her responsibilities include the development and oversight of all internal and external communications for the 10-member Merck Serono Executive Management Board (EMB). Prior to this position, she worked for the company as their Director, US Communications, Neurology, where her main duties were the management of public/media relations, internal communications and advocacy relations for the U.S. Neurology franchise and select products.
