The EACD in cooperation with K1 is delighted to invite you to the first regional event in Denmark in 2018: Roadmap towards a global digital workspace
Many global organizations going through constant change have a need to effectively be able to communicate, collaborate and share best practice. Therefore creating digital platforms and driving user adoption across cultures and boundaries are key to many global organizations struggling to keep the interconnectedness of employees at their workplace. We can change our technologies, infrastructure and processes but without addressing the human element, long-term and lasting changes will not happen.
Changing digital habits on a global scale
How do you change the mindset of stakeholders on the importance of the digital workspace? How do you connect blue, white and pink collared employees – and the entire workforce to change the way they work? How do you create, lead and execute a major digital business transformation platform and process and engage thousands of employees?
Join us at this regional event organized by the EACD and K1, where we will hear from two leading Danish-based but global organizations on how they implemented digital workspaces globally and its impact on changing internal organisation cultures. You will see a road map on two different set ups and hear best practice examples on how to successfully implement digital workspaces.
The event will include an open panel discussion where attendants will get a chance to ask questions to the speakers. After the discussion round there will be time for networking and some light refreshments compliments of PANDORA A/S.

The VELUX Group has manufacturing and sales operations in more than 40 countries with an extensive distribution network. Their main products include roof windows and modular skylight and they employ more than 10,000 people worldwide. Line and her cross-functional project team successfully implemented VELUX Digital Workplace - the organisations first unified global communication platform, using Yammer to create engagement and inclusivity for the 4,000 office and sales employees. Now the team has started next part of the journey: To get the 6,000 production workers on board the VELUX Digital Workplace, creating a true “One VELUX”.
The session will be moderated by Saji Nair, Independent Communication Consultant
Saji has spent the last 14 years working with Marketing and Communications in Malaysia, Australia and Denmark. For the last eight years she has been working for Danish companies with a global focus. Saji is also the head of Toastmasters (a worldwide organisation that helps people improve their leadership and public speaking skills) in Scandinavia. She has facilitated workshops and organized conferences on public speaking for the last five years. More recently, she has been coaching people on how to improve their presentation and public speaking skills individually and through workshops.
