The EACD Third Anniversary Reception will feature a Panel Discussion followed by a drinks reception for all attendants. The Discussion will look at the conference topic, particularly with regards to Social Media, namely on the subject "The Internet as a Reputation Trap? Risks and Challenges of the Social Media World". It will explore how organisations can successfully navigate the reputation challenges the Social Media world poses, and engage in dialogues on this platform in an authentic and trustworthy way.
