Regional Groups & Working Groups

The Regional Group Iceland discusses and debates current issues in communications, focusing on the Icelandic communications situation as well as broader European and global developments in communications.

The Regional Group Netherlands began hosting events in 2008 and is one of the largest EACD regional groups. The group has very active in organising events and activities that facilitate networking, professionalisation and information sharing.

The Regional Group Romania has been active in organising events and activities since 2008. The group discusses and debates a wide variety of communication topics, focusing not only on the issues that concern Romania, but also take into account the broader European and global communication situation.

Evaluation is an important part of a communicator’s job which is not just about spreading messages, but also about measuring how effective those messages are. The Working Group Evaluation aims to increase awareness of evaluation methods, to share insights and best practice, and to maintain a strong network of communicators interested in the field of evaluation.

Since mid 2008, the Regional Group Sweden has offered EACD members a number of topically-focused events and meetings. The group facilitates EACD members in networking, professionalisation and information sharing. These events revolve around topics and issues that are important for communication professionals in the region.

The Regional Group Czech Republic was established in 2008. This group focuses on topics that are innovative, dynamic and relevant to the communication future within the Czech Republic as well as globally.

The Regional Group France has hosted a number of events and meetings since 2008. It aims to bring together members to discuss and debate significant topics that today’s communication professionals  are facing.

The Regional Group Montenegro was established in 2008. This group aims to foster an inviting and dynamic environment that allows members to interact and share knowledge.

The Regional Group Switzerland began organising events in 2008 and is one of the largest EACD regional groups. The group has been very active in organising events and activities that facilitate networking, professionalisation and information sharing.

Since mid 2008, the Regional Group Hungary has offered EACD members topically-focused events and meetings. This group has held several forums for members within the region to tackle the relevant issues they face within their profession.
