New Survey on Identities in Social Media

Once again, the EACD has cooperated with Professor Dr Miriam Meckel, from the Institute for Media and Communication Management at the University of St Gallen, for a study on social media. This year's survey focuses on online personas and, more specifically, how social media reflect the different roles that communicators play in their professional and private lives. The results of this survey will help communicators to understand the impact that technology, as well as the multiple roles that they cover across the course of each and every day, have on the profession. Making sense of online personae is an essential step in being able to use them strategically within the profession.

The survey closed on December 10th and the results will be available on the EACD website, from mid-February.
