Dr Priefler is the new Coordinator for Germany

Dr Andreas Priefler, Director Communications and Governmental Relations, Wintershall Group, is the new EACD Regional Coordinator for Germany. He becomes the EACD’s first Regional Coordinator in the region, and in this role will represent the association within Germany and develop activities focusing on international communications for EACD members and their peers.

Dr. Priefler started his career as a Consultant at Logistics and Management in 1995, before joining Sender Freies Berlin/ARD in 1997. He moved to the German Hospital Federation (DKG) in 2000, as Director of Media and Public Affairs, before taking up his current role at the Wintershall Group.

He is also Vice President of the Bundesverband deutscher Presseprecher, which is the German association of spokespeople, where he has a responsibility for international relations.
