Michael Oreskes, Chief Editor of the International Herald Tribune, will give the opening keynote at the European Communication Summit on June 11 in Brussels. He will address Europe’s leading communication directors and spokespeople with thoughts on “Another New World: the Challenges for European Media”.
Prior to his appointment as the IHT’s Paris-based editor-in-chief in 2005, Oreskes was the deputy managing editor of the New York Times and was responsible for the Times online and television content. His experience as the editor of a 120-year-old print medium now facing the challenge of the online media in Europe promises exciting insights into the media landscape of the 21st century.
