Survey: European Communication Report 2007
According to this EACD Study published at the European Communication Summit, men and women have equal career opportunities within the communication profession - there were as many females in leading communication positions as males. Although there were no significant gender differences regarding hierarchical job positions, women overall tended to earn lower salaries than their male colleagues. These were two of the central results from the survey "European Communication Report 2007", compiled from the responses of 1,200 leading communication professionals across Europe.
