We are happy to invite our members to our next Coaching Day in Poland which will take place on March 18th, 2015 at Binaria Communications in Warsaw.
The aim of this EACD Coaching Day session is to provide a quick summary and practical training on comfortable and efficient interaction with a journalist when performing in front of a camera. The principles on preparation for an interview, dress code and the performance will be explained. Then each of the participants will be invited to practice in front of a camera in a professional set-up of a TV studio.

Who is it for?
This session will be useful to communication professionals, whose role includes direct contacts with the media, with a special stress put on performance in front of a TV camera. It will be useful both for professionals who went through a media training – as a quick reminder of key principles and the opportunity to practice them. The ones who have not gone through a media training yet will have the opportunity the learn about the key rules and have some practice that makes perfect!

You should expect a summary of useful tips to achieve your communication objectives, when in front of a camera, as well as the opportunity to use them in practice in a professional set-up of a TV studio. Opportunity to exchange your personal experience with your colleagues will be guaranteed.
The trainersHubert Zawadzki, Director, Binaria Communications
Hubert has been working in the communications and PR sector since 1996. He has gained experience at multinational PR/lobbying agencies and corporations (pharma, tobacco) in managerial and spokesperson's positions. He has been handling difficult issues in contacts with the media for many times. His specialties include communication strategy development, media relations (spokesperson), issue & change management and crisis communication.
Tomasz Rostworowski, Strategy Director, Binaria Communications
Tomasz has been associated with the communication industry since the mid nineties. He has developed advertising campaigns and PR programs for top FMCG and pharmaceutical brands, like Panasonic, Winiary, Maggi, Cholinex or Sebidin Plus to name a few. Tomasz has been working with well-known presenters and journalists during production of many TV programs. One of his current projects includes a well-liked TV program „Okrasa breaks the rules”.
Dr. Michał Wierusz-Kowalski, assistant professor and lecturer at the University of Warsaw
Head of the TV Specialization at the Institute of Journalism, member of the Institute's Scientific Council and the Institute's promotion commissioner, former Head of Development and Formatting Programmes at Polish national TV (TVP).
