On behalf of the European Association of Communications Directors (EACD), we are delighted to invite you to our Regional Debate in Vienna, Austria taking place on Tuesday, December 3rd 2013, from 6:30pm to 9pm at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT).
Title: Reputation Scoring | Enabling Public Relations 2.0
Presentation of the multidimensional Reputation Scoring model to measure corporate reputation in partnership with leading organisations in Austria Corporate Reputation is a central concept in public relations and marketing. It is the collective assessment of an organisation by its internal and external stakeholders based on its past and future actions. Organisations benefit from reputation in many different ways: (1) a sustainable financial performance, (2) the ability to charge price-premiums, (3) strong stakeholder support and (4) customer loyalty.
With this in mind, we delevoped the multidimensional Reputation Scoring model to measure corporate reputation in partnership with leading organisations in Austria. Unlike most existing models, we specifically account for multiple stakeholders and diverse industries. By doing so, we gain a thorough picture of a companies reputation and allow for a detailed benchmarking over time. The empirical results substantiate decision making and provide innovative managerial implications for managers in the field.
We look forward to welcoming our speakers: - Stefan Schiel (managing director), Alexander Zauner marketmind - Christoph Bruckner, Corporate Communications Cluster Vienna (CCCV).
The event will be held at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology, 1220 Wien, Donau-City-Strasse 1, Tech Gate Vienna. Attendance will, as usual, be free of charge, compliments of the EACD.
