The event focusses on the topic of "Internal communication becoming external - how to increase brand awareness through employee brand ambassadors" and will conclude with a cocktail receiption and networking opportunity.

Martin Camphausen is Head of Corporate Communications & Spokesperson at Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken e.V. In this newly-created position Martin is in charge of the clinic's entire communications, the development of an employer brand as well as HR marketing and recruiting processes. The management board’s strategic decision of the development and implementation of a corporate communications department within the clinical sector can be seen as a rarity.
Before that he was a communications and PR consultant for the Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken for one year and has worked at the parliament of Hesse as a personal consultant for Dieter Posch, Minister of State, Stefan Müller, member of the parliament as well as Dorothea Henzler, Minister of State. Martin Camphausen holds a magister in Political Science, German Philology and Philosophy from the university of Heidelberg and Mainz.
The multi-channel employer branding campaign "Teamgeist erleben" is a key pillar for the development of an employer brand of the Frankfurter Rotkreuz-Kliniken which are situated in the heart of Frankfurkt am Main. The campaign connects employer branding internally as well as externally and is at the same time linked to recruiting processes - a groundbreaking step towards the alignment of modern HR marketing and employer branding. Their integrated approach is recognized as a game-changing best practice example.
Anke Maibach, Marketing Manager Central Europe at Tata Consultancy Services Deutschland GmbH
Working for Tata Consultancy Services as Marketing Manager Central Europe since April 2008, Anke Maibach has been in charge of PR, Social media and Content Development for more than 6 years.
A former student of Political Science, Sociology and Roman Philology at Johannes Gutenberg Universitaet Mainz, Anke decided to leave university right before finishing her Master research on the career development of Political Science graduates from Johannes Gutenberg University to start a career in IT B2B Marketing based on her first offer received from Telecoms expert Inet Technologies in 2000. Having made first PR experiences with a local TV broadcast, she evolved from Sales & Marketing Assistant for the EMEA region to Global PR Manager in 2002. In 2003 Anke switched to Sophos IT Security as Assistant Director of Sales, further expanding her footprint in Marketing and PR through Project and Program Management. After a short sabbatical and career venture with Logistics solution provider Telargo as Marketing Manager Europe in 2007, Anke joined TCS where she has set up the first PR program for the Central Europe region.
With a local workforce of more than 1,000 employees, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has a significant hiring need for German locals. Within 7 years TCS more than doubled its workforce in Germany. Being confronted with skill shortage for IT personnel in the German market accompanied by low brand awareness the decision had been taken to strengthen the employer brand locally. After undertaking an employer value positioning research with an external partner reaching out to employees and candidates from TCS’ talent pool database earlier this year, a new claim and creative concept has been developed. Currently, a new career landing page with employee testimonials and an internal communication campaign reflecting the research findings are set up with the objective to inspire German employees to be part of a Brand Ambassador program which is also under development. Alongside a new messaging is being developed which will be taken out to multiple stakeholders such as traditional PR, Social Media and key influencers.
