EACD Regional Debate in Hungary

The EACD gladly invites you to its upcoming regional debate in Hungary which is taking place on 12th February, 2015 at 10.00am at the Unilever head office in Budapest.
 
The topic of the event will be "Regional and/or local?" Is it possible to communicate effectively in an international virtual team? What are the inherent obstacles and benefits in a matrix organization and regionalization?

 Judit Inczefi, CEE Communications & NR Industry Marketing Manager, IBM
Judit Inczefi has been working for IBM Hungary for two decades and has been Communications & Industry Marketing Manager for the CEE region since 2011. The industries include communications, public utilities and natural resources. She was formerly responsible for external and internal communications as well as various areas of marketing. 
 Beáta Vince, Communications Manager CEE, Unilever
Beáta Vincze Communications Manager CEE of Unilever is currently responsible for both external and internal communications of subsidiaries in 18 countries.  After graduating from the Faculty of Communication at the University of Szeged and the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the College of Szolnok, she started her career at Unilever as a Cif Junior Brand Manager. She has been working at the communications department since 2007. Initially she was responsible for internal communication of the Hungarian subsidiary, then for external and internal communication of Hungary-Adriatic and later Central Europe (6 countries) as a Communications Manager. She has held her present position since 2013.
 Éda Glória Pogány, External Affairs Director of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company
In her capacity as External Affairs Director she oversees sustainability communications including the annual integrated report, the corporate website, media relations and listings on sustainability indices such as the Dow Jones DJSI and the FTSE4Good representing the programs of 28 countries and the head office in the areas of health, nutrition and physical activity, community water stewardship, stakeholder engagement and carbon reduction/climate protection. She aims to integrate sustainability trends into business opportunities by taking an active role in identifying new collaboration opportunities and in improving systems and processes to become simpler and more effective. Éda is the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees at the WWF Hungary and Member of the Board of the Section for Leisure Sports in the Hungarian Olympic Committee. Preceding her current role she was the Public Affairs & Communications Function Head of Coca-Cola HBC Hungary (2004–2014). She has also worked as a Board Member of the Health, Nutrition & Physical Activity Platform (2006–2011) and on the packaging recovery organization ÖKO-Pannon supervisory board (2008–2014).  Prior to joining Coca-Cola HBC she worked for Procter & Gamble Central Europe South (2000–2004). Éda has an academic background in communications, business management and psychology. She is the proud mother of 3 sons.
