With a fierce war for talent going on, it is of vital importance for organizations to start thinking about the optimal employee journey. More and more, employees (and not only millennials) choose organizations that best fit their identity, values and beliefs. Understanding the employee journey can help you find employees who are passionate and who may become your best ambassadors.
During this coaching session Sascha Becker will tell us more about the essence of the employee journey; a journey that starts long before the employee solicits and won’t end when the same employee leaves the company. Sascha Becker is head of strategy at Proof and author of the Dutch book ‘De Employee Journey – Creëer een optimale employee experience’. Our second guest will be Jos Schut, CHRO at Randstad a global leader in the HR services industry. Mr Schut will zoom in on the practical aspects of the employee journey and will present the latest global Ranstad Employer Branding results.
