The EACD invites you to join this coaching morning covering insights and foresights on risk management, resilience and growth, hosted by Quiller Consultants.
We live in volatile times. Organisations are bombarded with multiple issues and the corporate affairs leader is expected to have all the answers. Long gone are the days we could get by with an instinct for news and a winning personality. Nowadays leadership requires us to master multiple data sources and bring clarity of thought to the executive team. What is a material risk? What is just “noise”? What commercial advantages could we unlock if we can interpret trends and influence the organisation in a more productive direction?
This workshop will look at the data sources which a corporate affairs leader can call upon and explore what emerging tools are available. We will also practice with new approaches to assessing risk and look how to make our case for change . The session will also look at dashboards and how to use them to get senior colleagues to make better decisions. The coaching morning will provide an opportunity for delegates to debate, under Chatham House Rules, their own experiences and practices.
Please register below as spaces are limited and EACD members will be prioritized. We look forward to a lively discussion with you, if you have any further questions do not hesitate to get in touch: firstname.lastname@example.org
