Power to the People: the increasing importance of public opinion
With the recent dramatic advances in information flow and influence patterns, public opinion spreads faster and matters more than ever. But does it actually impact companies’ financial performance? Should companies pay more attention to public opinion, or maintain their traditional focus on customers alone as a driver of commercial success? And what about B2B companies – should they care about what the general public thinks and feels about them?
Join us at this regional event organised by the EACD and K1, where we will hear from four leading Scandinavian organisations about how they see the link between reputation and performance, and what they do to build and maintain positive public perceptions. The event will include an open panel discussion where attendants will get a chance to ask questions to the speakers. After the discussion round there will be time for networking and light refreshments.
The event will be free of charge compliments of the Novo Nordisk Foundation. Please register using the form below. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
