The EACD and K1 invites you to join this morning event discussing " Rising to new challenges: Do we have what it takes to be successful communications leaders?"

Corporate Affairs and Communications leaders are facing more challenges than ever, due to the rise of activism, digitalisation, an ever increasing and diverse range of stakeholders, and the need for driving cultural change and employee engagement, to name a few. Corporate Affairs and Communications is at the very top of the corporate agenda and the responsibilities of the leaders in the field are broadening out beyond traditional communications and reputation.

Today’s Corporate Affairs Director must act as an influential ‘corporate conscience’, as well as providing strategic direction and counsel that touches all aspects of the organisation and the external environment it operates in. According to research by executive search firm KornFerry, the potential impact of these roles has never been bigger, but to be successful requires a lot more than previously.

EACD/K1 and KornFerry would like to invite you to discuss the challenges and see if it resonates with your own experience and outlook.

Speakers:

Andrew Lowe - Senior Client Partner, KornFerry, who leads on Corporate Affairs assignments, will join us to share his insights (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jandrewlowe/)

Kim Larsen Executive Vice President, Head of Group Communications & Relations from Danske Bank will provide his perspective (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kimlarsen/)

The conversation language will be in English and moderated by EACD regional coordinator for Denmark, Anders Rendtorff. Coffees and croissants will be served before the event kick off, please register your attendance below.
