Applications for the Young Communicators Award 2015 Now Open
We are happy to announce the upcoming Young Communicators Award 2015 which will take place in Brussels on June 25th at the awards gala of the European Communication Summit.
 
By recognising outstanding communications projects that deal with innovative ideas, the EACD actively contributes to shaping the future of the communications profession. A judging panel will carefully evaluate all submitted projects and the three young professionals who are shortlisted for the Young Communicators Award are invited to attend the European Communication Summit free of charge and will receive reimbursement for travel expenses. At the Summit, the nominees present their projects in front of an experienced audience of in-house communicators who will vote for the winner.
 
The winner is honoured with the Young Communicators Award at the ceremony of the European Communication Award. The winner’s project is featured in the EACD’s partner magazine, Communication Director for which he receives a free annual subscription. The top three candidates are able to attend the European Communication Summit free of charge.
If you are currently working on an exciting communications project and would like to take part, we welcome your submission for the Young Communicators Award 2015.
 Who can submit a project?

Young Inhouse PR and communication professionals under the age of 30

The submitter must have taken the main responsibility for the implementation of the project

The project has to be completed at the time of submission
What are the requirements?
The winning project shows how current trends and cutting-edge practice in the field of PR, communications and/or media can be implemented creatively and innovatively, in order to deliver clear messages, facts and solutions. The project should reflect new perspectives on current communications topics and/or be based on state-of-the art methods and processes in the field of communications.
 What do I have to submit?

One page PDF summary of the project (4000 characters max.)

PDF presentation of 15 slides (max.) of the project

A letter of recommendation by a superior

Proof of age

All documents are to be submitted in English
What is the prize?
 
The winner will be honoured with the prestigious Young Communicators Award during the festive gala celebrations of the European Communication Award. The winning project will be featured in the Communication Director Magazine, to which the winner will also receive a free annual subscription. The shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the European Communication Summit free of charge and will receive reimbursement for travel expenses.
