March is here which means it is time for the annual European Communication Monitor! Together with the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA), the EACD invites all communicators across Europe to participate in the eleventh edition of this annual survey at www.communicationmonitor.eu.
This year’s topics addressed by the European Communication Monitor include visual communication, social bots, hypermodernity in organisations, quality management in communications, and insights into organisational culture. As is tradition, it will also survey the most important strategic issues for communicators in the next years as well as the importance of communication channels. Country-to-country comparisons and benchmarks of different types of organisations (private and joint-stock companies, non-profit, governmental, agencies, etc.) will make the results relevant for all communicators. All EACD members are encouraged to share their insights into these and many other topics to build a concise picture of the status and future of the communications profession.
Last year more than 2,700 communicators from 43 countries were interviewed for the Monitor, which makes it the largest empirical survey in communication management and public relations worldwide.
